JD:
Administrative Tasks:
-Maintain organized filing systems for documents, invoices, stock records, and correspondence.
-Prepare and update inventory and stock movement reports.
-Coordinate with HQ, suppliers, and store teams for stock replenishment, returns, and transfers.
-Assist in data entry, documentation, and general office support tasks.
-Manage records for staff attendance, stock counts, and audit findings.
-Support the team in planning and executing promotions or seasonal stock changes.
Retail Stock Auditing:
-Conduct regular and surprise stock audits at retail outlets.
-Verify inventory levels against system records (physical vs. system).
-Identify discrepancies, losses, and possible shrinkage and report findings.
-Ensure products are properly tagged, stored, and displayed.
-Work closely with store managers to ensure compliance with SOPs and inventory controls.
-Provide audit reports with clear documentation and improvement recommendations.
-Follow up on corrective actions and verify implementation.
Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
-1-3 years of experience in administrative or stock auditing roles, preferably in retail.
-Experienced in Retails/Merchandiser
-Knowledge in retail stock systems (e.g., POS, ERP, inventory software).
-Strong attention to detail, integrity, and analytical thinking.
-Excellent communication and reporting skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
-Willingness to travel to store locations when required.
-Proficient in Chinese
Preferred:
Experience in the fashion, sportswear, or footwear retail industry.
Familiarity with retail operations and merchandising principles.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
