We are looking for an Admin cum Customer Service Executive to support our daily warehouse operations. This role involves communicating with warehouse clients in
Mandarin
, and handling marketplace store customer inquiries in
English
. You will be the key link between our warehouse team and our clients, ensuring smooth operations, accurate communication, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily communication with warehouse clients (Mandarin) for order updates, stock issues, and coordination.
Provide customer service replies for Shopee/TikTok/Lazada store inquiries (English).
Update records, orders, and tracking information accurately into system.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate internally with warehouse team to resolve issues quickly.
Monitor customer messages and ensure timely response SLAs are met.
Prepare simple reports when required.
Requirements
Good command of
Mandarin
(for client communication) and
English
(for marketplace CS).
Experience in e-commerce, marketplace customer service, or warehouse/fulfilment admin is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills, responsible, and able to work independently.
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email, marketplace backend).

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (half day)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
