Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and assist with
bungalow bookings
.
Block dates, follow up on payments, manage deposits, and process refunds.
Handle data entry tasks including filing, keying in information, and maintaining records.
Assist with company marketing by posting on social media platforms.
Use company tools efficiently for daily operations.
Provide professional and friendly customer service.
Work independently with minimal supervision while managing pressure.
Requirements:
Experienced in
Airbnb
or other online booking platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative tools.
Strong communication skills; presentable and energetic.
Able to work under pressure and independently.
Own transport and valid driving license.
Willing to work on-call during office hours and weekends.
