Job Description


  • Perform general administrative duties such as managing office correspondence, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, documents, and databases.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and follow up on any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain customer records and provide updates on order statuses.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Support in organizing meetings, events, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
