- Proven experience in administrative and customer service roles. ( Multitasker )
- Familiar with SQL Accounting Software Skills ( Great Advantage )
- Customer Service Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficient in English , BM and Mandarin
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Manage daily office operatios, including scheduling, filing and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, emails and in person interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complains promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support administrative functions such as data entry, report generation and office supplies management.
- Uphold company and director\'s confidential and privacy data.
