Requirements
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in using smart phones, computers & basic aaplication such as Google Maps
- Good communication and time management skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
Saturday (Half day - Alternate)
Responsibilities
- Manage and process customer orders via online platforms (Whatsapp, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- Arrange and schedule deliveries for dry and frozen goods to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Prepare and maintain records of orders, invoices, and related documents
- Perform general office administrative duties
- Maintain high work discipline and punctuality in all tasks
- Mobile phone provided
- EPF, Socso & EIS contribution
- Registered panel clinic
- Annual bonus and salary increment opportunities
