  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Social media savvy
Tanggungjawab
a) Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring accurate product and delivery information.
b) Prepare and manage Delivery Orders (DOs), invoices, and customer records accurately.
c) Plan and optimize daily delivery routes, coordinating with drivers and logistics teams.
