Provide administrative and clerical support for daily operations.
Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent after-sales service.
Coordinate with internal departments to support order processing and delivery.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage general office administration, filing, correspondence, and data entry.
Attend to customer calls, WhatsApp, and emails promptly.
Support sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
Liaise with warehouse and purchasing teams to check stock and arrange delivery.
Maintain accurate customer records and documents in system.
Assist in logistics arrangements, meeting preparation, and staff activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO requirements, and other procedures.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1-3 years' experience in administration and/or customer service.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Autocount is an advantage.
Organized, customer-oriented, and able to multitask.

Salary range: RM2.7K - RM3.3K.
