Providing comprehensive administrative support to management and other departments
Managing schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments
Handling various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document processing
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Assisting with event planning and coordination
Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Supporting other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Job Requirement
At least 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
