Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:



Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation. Maintain and update filing systems (both electronic and hard copy). Ensure proper documentation control as per company procedures. Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other administrative documents. Support project teams with document submissions and retrievals. Monitor document versions and ensure only current revisions are in use. Coordinate meetings, handle office supplies, and perform general administrative duties.

Qualifications:



Must possess at least SPM or equivalent; additional relevant education or certification is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Location Requirement:



This position is based in

Kota Tinggi, Johor.

Candidate must be willing and able to work in above mentioned location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
