Administrative Duties:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in office maintenance, including ordering supplies and coordinating minor repairs.
- Support the admin/HR team in day-to-day operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail or documents.
- Run office-related errands such as banking, post office, government agencies, etc.
Driving Duties:
- Provide transportation for staff, guests, or goods as assigned.
- Ensure company vehicle is in good condition, clean, and serviced regularly.
- Maintain logbooks and monitor fuel usage and mileage.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company transport policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Possess valid driving license (class D or equivalent).
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a driver and performing administrative tasks.
- Good time management and punctual.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
