Delegate Management

• Compile delegates\' registration
• Issue invoice and follow up payment
• Send confirmation letter
• Support on hotel bookings, visa application
• Arrange business matching
• Printing of delegate badges etc

Operation

• Liaise with venue, contractor, vendors on logistic arrangement
• Monitor onsite build up
• Manage onsite registration
• Manage onsite vendors \xe2\x80\x93 contractor, venue

Marketing

• Coordinate conference collateral \xe2\x80\x93 brochure, electronic direct mailer, website content
• Liaise with the designer on collateral design & printing
• Engage endorsers & media partners
