Responsible for providing administrative and human resource support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This role includes assisting the Managing Directors with coordination, documentation, and office management while handling HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Managing Directors with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence.
Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and office records.
Handle recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, and interview arrangements.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Liaise with external parties such as vendors, government agencies, and service providers when required.
Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings
Provide general administrative support to all departments.
Handle company vehicle maintenance including Puspakom reservation, services and etc.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
