Assist in daily HR and administrative operations
Maintain employee records and handle documentation
Support in recruitment and onboarding process
Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff movement
Coordinate training, staff welfare, and HR events
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Handle general administrative tasks and office coordination
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma in Human Resource / Business Admin / related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience is an advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle confidential matters with integrity
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
