Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in office. Handling company vehicles by ensuring that vehicles are properly maintained, utilized efficiently, and compliant with all regulations. Upkeeping and monitor company insurance, license, and hire purchase (insurance and road tax) Responsible on New and Renewal of hostel's Tenancy Agreement. Update and monitor all company and hostel utilities. Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in office. Ensure staff welfare are well taken care and to maintain office equipment. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees. Maintain Human Resources and Admin Department according to company policy. To perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Minimum Diploma in Management/ Administration/ Secretarial in a recognized institution. At least 1-2 years of working experience in administration or related field. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent knowledge of MS office. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Candidates must be willing to work at

Nasa City, Bandar Dato Onn JB.

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm. (Mon-Fri, Sat Alternate) Can start work as soon as possible.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
