Responsibilities
Report to HR Manager.
To handle compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, employee development, talent acquisition, performance management, talent management and succession planning, annual compensation and benefits review process, attend to corporate request and new projects.
Co-ordinate recruitment activities including advertising, interview and selection process.
Monitor employee\'s discipline and misconduct issues.
Prepare payroll and resolve payroll related issues depend on individual employee situations.
Propose, arrange, monitor the training program and maintain the individual employee\'s training record.
Liaison with government statutory bodies eg. EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, Labour Office etc.
Prepare and manage all periodical and ad-hoc HR reports as required by the Management.
Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in firm\'s Quality Management System and shall:
ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001
ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management;
ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization; and
ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
Any ad-hoc tasks and other responsibilities as instructed by superior and/or Management as and when required.
