Handle daily administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Support HR operations including preparing appointment letters, managing leave, attendance, and employee records.
Maintain employee files and monitor staff attendance & discipline.
Prepare HR and administrative reports as required.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Perform any other related tasks when assigned
Requirements
Male candidate preferred.
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Administration, Human Resource, or related field.
Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
Good communication skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
Responsible, trustworthy, hardworking, and positive attitude.
