Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma in Business Admin / HR / related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience in admin or HR will bean added advantage.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, documentation and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare quotations, letters, reports and other related documents when required.
- Manage HR-related tasks including staff attendance, leave records, onboarding/offboarding and employee database updates.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, screening resumes and arranging interviews.
- Coordinate internal communication and support HR policies implementation.
- Support management in any ad-hoc tasks or operational matters
- 5 Working days ( Monday-Friday)
