Job description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin cum Licensing Executive to support our licensing and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle communication with government departments such as Bandaraya, DBKL, MBPJ, and other local councils related to billboard and permit applications.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, submit, and follow up on advertising license and permit applications with local councils and government agencies. Maintain accurate records of permit renewals, approvals, and expiry dates. Assist in compiling required documents, drawings, and photos for application submissions. Coordinate with sales and project departments to ensure timely approvals for new billboard or signage sites. Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, document organization, and email correspondence. Update internal tracking sheets for license progress and payment records. Liaise with authorities or consultants when needed to resolve application issues.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided. Experience in Bandaraya / Government permit application is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication. Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
