$ 1,800.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time 1. Handling customer replies from WhatsApp, email, and social media.
2. Solving customer queries
3. Host TikTok lives using the company\'s TikTok account (get commission when hit target )
4. Follow up the database and handle the online sales process.
5. Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner
6. Keep a record of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
7. Participate in company activities and training.
8. No experience or fresh grades are welcome.
9. Comfortable and confident in front of camera.
10. Added advantage if you have experience in online sales.
11. Comfortable working with computers and e-commerce systems.
12. Candidate must possess a strong can-do attitude with an ability to solve problems in a creative manner.
