Job Description


  • Minimum 2 years\' experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Basic bookkeeping and math skills
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Computer software including MS Office Excell & Outlook
  • Accounting software experience
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information
Responsibilities
  • Logistics arrangement for delivery.
  • Document preparation for export, import.
  • Shipping arrangements for individual accounts
  • Prepare and packing arrangements.
  • Basic inspection, verification , assortment, packaging, labeling.
  • PO issuance and PO processing
