Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
Familiar with any office software, strong communication and coordination skills.
Communicate effectively in Mandarin & English, both spoken and written.
Able to work independently and interact effectively with all parties.
Having basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to Director.
To handle corporate and personal matters for Managing Director.
To ensure all given tasks are being handled professionally and complete in time.
Follow up on all the Director\'s matters on effectively.
To undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the Director or management.
