Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Familiar with any office software, strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin & English, both spoken and written.
  • Able to work independently and interact effectively with all parties.
  • Having basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to Director.
  • To handle corporate and personal matters for Managing Director.
  • To ensure all given tasks are being handled professionally and complete in time.
  • Follow up on all the Director\'s matters on effectively.
  • To undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the Director or management.
