  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential matters
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Assist Director with scheduling, meetings, and correspondence
  • Prepare documents, reports, and filing
  • Coordinate office activities and follow up on tasks
  • Manage communication with suppliers, clients, and staff
