Why this role The role described is crucial for the Administration Department to ensure that KONE operations and financial processes run smoothly and in compliance with established policies and practices. The Processing Executive cum Admin plays a central role in processing various transaction requests, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place, and maintaining process efficiency. Additionally, they support process improvements and harmonization activities. What will you be doing As a Processing Executive cum Admin, your key responsibilities and activities include: Managing administrative and receptionist duties in accordance with the defined KONE Business Services (KBS) Admin Scope and task list. Processing transaction requests within agreed Service Level Targets, maintaining quality and efficiency while adhering to the KONE Way process definition and unit-specific instructions. Validating the completeness of information and documentation required for transactions, and obtaining additional information, documentation, or approvals as needed. Minimizing the workload for other units by efficiently routing requests and collaborating with other process teams within KBS. Maintaining reminders and notifications to the unit, as specified in the unit reference document. Reporting process performance data and executing quality checks throughout the process. Ensuring compliance with controls, process regulations, and segregation of duties. Handling process compliance or control issues and incomplete documentation by notifying the KBS team lead and/or Front Officer. Maintaining unit instructions as requested. Participating in process analysis, improvement actions, and team meetings. Supporting the Customer Transaction Survey (CTS) by arranging customer feedback calls. Performing other tasks allocated by the Process Manager or Team Leader. Are you the one The competence profile and requirements for this role indicate that a successful candidate should possess the following qualities and qualifications: Behavioral Competences: Attention to procedures and guidelines Cross-cultural awareness Detail focus Flexibility Quality focus Analysis and problem-solving Entry-level requirements: Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal). Professional requirements: Secondary school education, Diploma, or University education, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. Experience in Finance, Administration, or Sales is an advantage. Experience with SAP is an advantage. Efficient use of Microsoft Office. Self-driven, punctual, and attentive to detail.
