Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

To assist issue purchase order and other related documents.
To maintain/monitor all supplier on delivery schedule.
Verify supplier invoice against purchase order issued.
Update and maintain store documentation.
To assist quotation generations, performing calculations for materials and costing.
To assist ensuring project deadlines are met.
To assist monitoring projects schedule and production schedule, panel delivery time.
To ensure all documents are maintained in good filling system.
Handling incoming invoices and outgoing invoices, ensuring all invoices are accurate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/ Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma of Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Self-motivated and team-player attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsible and with good working attitude.
Candidate with knowledge of Mandarian Language will be an added advantage.
Nationality Preferred : Malaysian only.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
