Greeting and assist walk-in customer.
Screening phone calls & customer enquiries and transfer calls to intended parties.
Handle all incoming /outgoing documents / courier and maintain consignment note records.
Responsible in managing of meeting rooms eg. room arrangements needed from different departments.
Monitor all stationeries and pantry stocks, maintain a sufficient inventory and place orders as needed.
Responsible for our janitor and ensuring she carries out her duties as per requirement and to ensure the upkeep of pantry cleanliness
Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as typing, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc.
Liaise with office suppliers, logistics companies & building management in any office matter related.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree in any field with 1-2 years of related working experiences.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Proficient in handling MS Words, Excel and Email Outlook.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Meticulous to details of enquiries and good follow-up skills.
Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, following the Hong Kong public holiday schedule.
5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturdays (half day).
100% work in office.
