We are a fast-growing EV charging solutions company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial charging infrastructure. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility by delivering reliable, efficient, and innovative EV charging solutions.

We are looking for a reliable and organized

Admin & Customer Service Executive

to support our daily administrative tasks while serving as the first point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment where responsibilities may evolve.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Service

Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms Respond to customer questions, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely manner Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical) to resolve customer issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases
Administrative Support

Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and basic documentation Manage filing systems (digital and physical) Assist with data entry, reports, and basic tracking (sales, service jobs, payments) Support scheduling, appointments, and coordination with vendors or contractors
General Support

Assist management with ad-hoc tasks as required Help improve admin and customer service processes over time Support basic office operations and coordination

Requirements



Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, or related field 1-3 years of experience in admin or customer service (startup experience is a plus) Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage) Comfortable using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and messaging apps (WhatsApp, etc.) Organized, responsible, and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn
