JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Invoice Processing- All channels (include sample form/exchange form/sampling prop) Input Lotte's customer delivery information into delivery summary file 3rd party warehouse withdrawal & update inventory record & delivery schedule Prepare delivery summary for route planning after invoicing cutoff

Daily Flow:

Retrieve PO via portal/email/fax & process invoicing before cutoff Prepare order summary for next day delivery for route planning Daily non fulfilment report Dock Booking Sales returned entry Ad-hoc within job knowledge update daily nonfulfillment report & circulate Loading Bay booking for next day delivery, send QR code to driver via WA after booking Process Sales Return entry into system

Pay: From RM2,100.00 per month
