JOB VACANCY: ADMIN (CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on requests Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:

Minimum

SPM / Diploma

Good communication skills in

BM & English

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Customer-oriented and friendly Fresh graduates are welcome
