1. Property Management:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain positive, productive, and timely communications with the tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenants\' complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work
- Keep track of fees, deal with late payments, and handle operating expenses
- Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed agreements, complaints, maintenance, etc
- Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties
- Attend to phone calls and resident\'s queries and maintain a good relationship with residents
- Perform general accounting duties such as bookkeeping, data entry.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess an SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to handle property management
- Able to work independently as a team.
- Able to multitask, be proactive & independent.
- Pleasant personality with a good attitude.
- Able to speak in Bahasa and English
- Able to work under pressure
Additional Information:
Office Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00 a.m - 5.00 p.m)
Alternate Saturday ( 9.00 a.m - 1.00 p.m)
