Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Experience in data entry preferred.
  • Familiar with Autocount Accounting is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
  • Reliable, responsible and able to work with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry in line with company standards.
  • Accurately enter, update and maintain records into the accounting system.
  • Collaborate with van salesman to ensure data completeness and consistency.
  • Review source documents and perform cross-checks to verify accuracy of information. Identify data gaps, duplications, or inconsistencies and apply corrective actions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
