Job Description


  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management (Business Administration or equivalent)
  • Has good knowledge in Human Resource & Administrative functions.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office and outlook.
  • Able to work independently, good attitude and good inter-personal.
  • Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all administrative support activities, including the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with suppliers on quotations, purchasing, delivery order, invoice and related matters.
  • Coordinate and oversee office security and maintenance to ensure a conducive working environment.
  • Ensure high standards of office cleanliness are maintained.
  • Prepare administration-related reports as required by Superior.
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties that may assigned by Superior from time to time.
