Degree/Diploma in Business Management (Business Administration or equivalent)
Has good knowledge in Human Resource & Administrative functions.
Required skills: Microsoft Office and outlook.
Able to work independently, good attitude and good inter-personal.
Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all administrative support activities, including the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Liaise with suppliers on quotations, purchasing, delivery order, invoice and related matters.
Coordinate and oversee office security and maintenance to ensure a conducive working environment.
Ensure high standards of office cleanliness are maintained.
Prepare administration-related reports as required by Superior.
Other Ad-Hoc duties that may assigned by Superior from time to time.
