Job Description


Company Overview Established in 1982, the company first started with 2 machines and today has grown to an enormous size, producing more than 2000 mt per month. The company produces Vest Carrier Bags and Garbage Bags in the Plastic Bag Department, exporting to multiple continents in the world.
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting in all aspects of human resource management and administrative functions which includes manpower planning and recruitment
  • Handle all foreign workers matters including renewal of working permit, Levy; Preparation, Fomema Preparation, Immigration matters & accommodations.
  • Responsible for ensuring the continuous efficiency and compliance with Company\xe2\x80\x99s policy and labour legislation
  • To provide accurate and timely processing of company payroll.
  • Assist in the documentation of raw materials import
  • Undertake other special assignments, ad hoc function and related duties as and when required by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:
  • Fresh Grads with good attitude will be considered but candidates with experience will have advantage
  • Good interpersonal skill with pleasant personality
  • Independent, resourceful and meticulous
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
  • Computer literate, notably Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferably able to start work immediately
  • Must be willing to work in Kapar Batu 7, Klang
