Job Summary



To assist Head Of Deparment doing administrative duties and keeping the dept in order. Supporting the marketing dept in makerting their services, attending to clients and generating invoices.

Responsibilities:



To assist the Head Of Deparment. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding,scanning etc. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Any other jobs assigned from time to time.

Diploma / DEGREE HOLDER

Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and problem-solving skills. Able to work well in a fast-paced enviroment and under presssure. Can speak in Bahasa and English.

Willing to learn and have the ability to work independently. Good communication skills. Positive working attitude and responsible. Multitasking skills.
