Job Description



  • To handle administrative request and queries from Superior in a timely manner.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and record minutes of meeting.
  • Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing & maintain office equipment.
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents including office correspondence, memos, resumes and presentations.
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the company\'s operations.
  • Performing any relevant duties when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Admin / Business Management.
  • Computer literate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and etc)
  • Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to multitask and good team player
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
