To handle administrative request and queries from Superior in a timely manner.
Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and record minutes of meeting.
Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing & maintain office equipment.
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents including office correspondence, memos, resumes and presentations.
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the company\'s operations.
Performing any relevant duties when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Admin / Business Management.
Computer literate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and etc)
Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently.
Able to multitask and good team player
