Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Assist with general administrative tasks including document preparation, taking meeting minutes, photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, archiving and other general office tasks
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Support staff members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office is a must
Willing to learn and pick up new things
Proactive, Outspoken, resourceful to work under minimum supervision
Experience working in Construction industry is an added advantage
