Job Description


  • Record expenses, bills and filling
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including document preparation, taking meeting minutes, photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, archiving and other general office tasks
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Support staff members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must
  • Willing to learn and pick up new things
  • Proactive, Outspoken, resourceful to work under minimum supervision
  • Experience working in Construction industry is an added advantage
