Experience in admin for more than 2 years Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Logistics or equivalent Position: Starting with a 1-year contract & likely to be renewed Preference is given to candidates who can start immediately. Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Vast working experience on program coordination. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communication design for training classes; team, yammer, sharepoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge on administrative tasks: training arrangement, intern hiring (resumes reviews, filtering, interview arrangement) \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic knowledge on Finance and logistics related. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good exposure on university engagement activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 A proactive team player with strong organizational skills with excellent time management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
