Perform and resolve administrative functions including office facilities, equipment maintenance, office supplies, company licensing, office renovation, fixed assets and etc. Office in Bintulu and Samalaju.
Establish objectives and operating policies in these areas.
To ensure all departments practice according to company policy and procedures.
Follow company set policies and procedures, e.g. safety, raising PR, PO, PA, and acquiring authorize signature approvals.
Handle the housing accommodation and transportation arrangement for the staff\'s entitlements.
Transportation include BUS rental services for staffs transporting entitlements.
Liaise with contractor and developer for the company quarters for workers.
Liaise with canteen operator for meal arrangement for staff and visitors visit.
Oversee canteen operations support and monthly billing reports submission.
To ensure proper documentations, arrangement, reports, and filing records are consistent with the completeness of supporting documents.
Liaise with Telekom Malaysia & Mobile Services provider for application, termination, billing & report landlines, mobile services & networking issues & or any related services.
Sourcing and liaising with suppliers for the delivery of office supplies, equipment, and furniture when requires.
Prepares and compiles monthly departmental cost reports and inventory for office supplies.
Reports, Memos and filling.
To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.
Job Requirement :
Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in other secretarial positions.
Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in English.
Exemplary planning and time management skills.
Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations.
Proficient in computer software including MS Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High-level verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion of personal and confidential information.
