Greet and Serve incoming customer
Perform various data entry
Ensure the accuracy of the data entry
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Maintaining internal databases
Perform various aspect of inventory management
Preparing finished products for packaging and shipment
Provide create, reply, feedback, follow up in email, message and call
Other ad-hoc admin duties.
REQUIREMENT:
Minimum SPM
Speak Malay and English
Willing to learn & start from below
Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment
Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
Experience in customer service is a huge advantage.
