Job Description


Admin Executive Working Hour : Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Alternate Saturday 8.30am - 12.00pm Remuneration : RM2,500 - RM3,000 per month Duration : 6-Months contract with PERSOLKELLY : Handle and creating Delivery Order & CDO, confirm DO & CDO daily in Gideon including bulk order To ensure the DO and CDO is issue correctly, accurately and to make sure it is done Confirm & Save by end of the day. To ensure the paperwork is keep proper & safely. Be the point of contact when communicating with walk-in customers Handle in Create request for Credit Note in Gideon & Debit Note in Snow.. CN is require when we received any cylinder complaint from customer. Once received the cylinder complaint form (CCF) from Logistic and production with Branch Manager approval, CN will raise for customer in Gideon. Track supplier invoice for matching with PO in epic. - To make sure supplier are using correct PO#, the quantity is correct and tally with SIG PO, and to ensure the supplier is billing accurate. - To perform SRV in epic once received the items. Handle Internal Cylinder transfer & Branch Order Transfer in Oracle and ICT & BOT file. To track the container shipment Import / Export and to ensure the type of gas / Size/ Quantity is correct as per the ICT number. - To key in the date of receive of cylinder in container in ICT file then perform the SRV for the cylinders received by refer to ICT number provided by Logistic Senai Manage Petty Cash Reimbursement for Melaka Branch. - Providing save and secure storage of the cash fund. To submit the Petty cash reimbursement by end of the month and maintaining proper documentation. Handle month End StockTake & report for Melaka Branch To collect and calculate the Driver ECR & FULL DELIVERY commission and submit to BM. Sending and email the SOA, RENTAL and Cylinder Holding to customer by early of the month. To record any collection and maintaining proper collection as a supporting documents. As a Melaka First Aider. - Managing the First Aid equipment, ensuring that it complies with regulation, Being present at incident, Maintaining the safety of the area and etc. In charge of monthly HSE plan for Melaka Branch . (FACILITY HSE PLAN) such as Near Miss, Behaviour Safety Visit(BSV), 1ST Aid Kit inspection and etc. Involve in IMS procedures and support production team to fulfill and comply all of the criteria Taking control of the hardware inventory for the production use. Such as PPE, paint, valves, hardware, gloves and etc Responsible to all of the renewal of the business licensing. Support BM/FM for any special task on management and production activities Job Requirement: Minimum 2-3 years\' experience in related field. Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
