Admin Executive ( Car Rental )

Job Description

To provide administrative, operational, and sales support to ensure smooth daily operations of the car rental business, including reservations, customer service, fleet coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities



Manage rental bookings, inquiries, and confirmations. Promote rental packages and assist in achieving monthly sales targets. Prepare quotations, agreements, and invoices for customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Maintain records of vehicles, licenses, insurance, and other documents. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, renewals, and inspections with relevant authorities. Compile rental, sales, and fleet reports for management review. Perform general administrative duties and support daily operations.

Requirements



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in admin, sales, or operations (car rental/automotive industry preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good communication and multitasking skills. Customer-focused, responsible, and detail-oriented. Possess valid Class D driving license (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
