1-3 years of working experience in admin (is an advantage)
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Possess positive work attitude, good communication skill and able to multi task

Assist in day to day operations, accounts and administrative tasks
Liaise and work closely with senior accounts manager
Process data-entry, record updating and documentation filing
Assist in preparing monthly payroll (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF,etc.)
Oversee daily administrative ad-hoc task as required
Any other duties as assigned by the Management
