You will play an important role in: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including debits and credits. Perform data entry tasks to input financial and other information into various databases. Create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel for various purposes, such as budget tracking and expense reports. Manage administrative tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails. Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents. Here\xe2\x80\x99s what we need from you: SPM, Diploma or equivalent; associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree preferred. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems. Resourceful and holds problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with strong initiative, is committed with a strong sense of ownership. Positive working attitude and a team player. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Fast learner and able to work under tight deadlines. Self-motivated, highly committed, initiative and results-oriented.
