Job Description

Review and verify supporting documents to process and issue credit notes in a timely and accurate manner based on approved documentation. Ensure all credit notes are properly recorded and comply with company policies and accounting standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit note transactions. Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving related discrepancies. Handle daily incoming and outgoing stock: receiving, checking items and quantities, recording, organizing, and storing stock. Able to carry heavy items (15kg-20kg per box) Ensure efficient order processing. Daily filling to ensure all documents is well kept. Perform weekly stock take to maintain stock balance accuracy. Other duties as assigned. 5.5 working days per week. Working location is Subang SS15 (10 minutes walk from LRT station). Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
