Job Description

Empirical Creatives Sdn Bhd is a frozen dessert retail company that supplies ice cream sandwiches to petrol stations, dessert shops and cafes. We are looking for an individual who is well organized and meticulous, to provide administrative and operational support to the company. Managing paperworks, ensuring smooth coordination across many departments, documentation and execution of tasks related to site operations, vendor management and client engagement.

Job descriptions:

? Oversee day-to-day operation activities - checking whatsapps, social media, deliveries schedule.

? General accounting management - Issue invoice, packing list, payment receipts etc.

? Updating database online (system) and offline (filing).

? Customer service - Following up with clients for goods restock, replying to inquiries, attending to feedbacks or complaints, payment from clients.

? Plan and send in order for raw materials to meet production needs.

? Scheduling appointments & events when needed.

? Review and negotiate vendor's contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities

? Assist in preparing reports, presentation & documentation related to the facility operation

? Tracking and follow ups management action items, deadline and priorities

Requirements:

? Diploma in business administrative or any related fields

? Fresh graduates are allowed to apply

? Strong organizational & multitasking abilities

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)

? Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
