Manage appointment bookings and job schedules for tinted coating and detailing services.
Prepare job order forms, collect customer information, and ensure accurate documentation.
Follow up with customers on appointment reminders, quotations, and service feedback.
Greet walk-in customers professionally and assist in service explanations if needed.
Assist sales team with preparation of quotations, invoices, receipts, and delivery orders.
Maintain accurate customer records and service history.
Record and update service pricing, promotions, and packages offered.
Maintain stock records of tint film, coating products, tools, and consumables.
Monitor low stock levels and raise purchase requests accordingly.
Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices.
Maintain proper filing of documents (customer files, job sheets, stock records).
Liaise with workshop team to ensure timely job completion and customer satisfaction.
Assist in reporting job issues, delays, or customer complaints to the manager.
Coordinate between departments for smooth operation flow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
