- Candidate should posses at least SPM or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English and Malay (Mandarin will be added advantage)
- Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Basic knowledge of Autocount accounting system
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- At least one year experience in ecommerce industry (Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok will be added advantage)
- Assist in Ecommerce administrative task including order processing, return refund and stock checking. (Training will be provided)
- Conduct research on Ecommerce trends on home appliances
- Collaborating with customer service department & operation department to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Record warehouse transaction such as receiving chop sign and stock check activities
- Manages data entry to ensure stock accuracy
- Perform other duties by the management (if required)
