Candidate should posses at least SPM or equivalent qualification
Proficiency in English and Malay (Mandarin will be added advantage)
Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Basic knowledge of Autocount accounting system
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
At least one year experience in ecommerce industry (Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok will be added advantage)
Tanggungjawab
Assist in Ecommerce administrative task including order processing, return refund and stock checking. (Training will be provided)
Conduct research on Ecommerce trends on home appliances
Collaborating with customer service department & operation department to ensure seamless customer experiences
Record warehouse transaction such as receiving chop sign and stock check activities
Manages data entry to ensure stock accuracy
Perform other duties by the management (if required)
