Role Overview



Act as liaison between the reporting supervisor, teams, and external stakeholders. Manage the reporting supervisor's calendar, meetings, travel, and communications. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Assist in market analysis to support business decisions. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Support special projects and ensure tasks meet deadlines.

Requirements



Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Bachelor's in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads welcome). Strong organization, time management & attention to detail. Good in MS Office Suite; MISA membership an advantage. High integrity, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
