Admin Executive (ft)

Job Description
We are searching for an Admin Executive to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
Candidates will be supporting our team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Sales Support for colleagues.
- Create quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Visit customers in KL with Singapore colleagues.
- Updating Marketing material (website, videos, brochures, etc.)
- Coordinate orders and shipping.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Responsible and accurate.
- Good with computers and software.
- Required: Manual Driving License.
- Diploma in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting preferred with 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP Microsoft 365 Business Central.
- Languages required: Good Written English.
- Remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications.
